美高预告丨体制内外大不同,从单一学科了解差异化教学 观察

英语是国际课程学习的重要环节,毕竟在国际课程的日常学习和考试以及未来出国留学的生活和学习中,没有良好的英语能力,想要顺利完成学业难度倍增。

* 非母语者英语词汇量表现

而以下这组数据,可以清晰地感受到在词汇量上,体制内外的差别。

小托福核心词汇量2,500词,850分以上需要4,000左右的词汇量;

雅思7分以上、托福90分以上,需要至少6,000词汇量,最好能到8,000;

SAT 1500分以上,则要至少1,0000词。

体制内九年级的同学词汇量一般是2000,这正好是中考考纲的词汇,但在国际高中要求达到了6000,而且之后差距还会越来越大。

体制内转入国际高中英语要如何提前培养?

There is no doubt that English is an important link in the study of international courses. After all, in the daily study and examination of international courses and the life and study abroad in the future, without good English ability, it will be more difficult to complete the study successfully.

Toefl IBT has a core vocabulary of 2,500 words. A score of 850 or above requires a vocabulary of about 4,000 words.

If you have an SAT score above 1500, you need at least 10,000 words.

In the system, students in ninth grade usually have a vocabulary of 2,000 words, which is exactly the key word of the middle school entrance exam, but in international high schools, the vocabulary is required to reach 6,000 words, and the gap will get bigger and bigger.
