为助推落实“双减”政策、“五项管理”和“考试管理”规定，11月10日，金安教育集团李功良总监莅临华美外国语学校进行了有针对性的检查、指导。

On November 10, Supervisor Li Gongliang of Jinan Education Group visited Huamei Foreign Language School to guide the work.

李总监采用推门听课的方式，开展常态课教学问题诊断分析活动，梳理教学中的亮点和存在的问题，并提出肯定及改进建议。

Supervisor Li walked into the classroom, conducted in-depth teaching research, and listened to the teachers" teaching.

随后，李总监从书面作业总量、创新作业形式、作业布置规范、作业设计质量等方面，抽查了老师们的作业设计、作业布置和作业批改情况，依据《学科教学常规标准》抽查了老师们的教学设计。

Afterwards, Supervisor Li also checked the teachers" preparation, and had an in-depth understanding of the completion of students" homework.

下午，李总监还在部分班级进行了教学问卷调查，并将检查、调查情况反馈给了刘燕玲校长。

In the afternoon, supervisor Li also conducted a teaching questionnaire survey in some classes, and reported the inspection and survey results to Principal Liu Yanling.

刘燕玲校长感谢李总监付出的辛勤劳动，并表示，我校必将落实好“双减”政策、“五项管理”和“考试管理”规定，落实好《罗湖区义务教育阶段课堂提质增效实施方案》、《罗湖区义务教育课堂教学质量评价实施方案》，依据《罗湖区中小学学科教学常规标准》深耕课堂，整体提升学校教育教学质量。

Principal Liu Yanling said that our school will definitely implement the "double reduction" policy, "five management" and "exam management" regulations to improve the quality of school education and teaching .
